Introduction and Note for Customers
Xlogic SAS di Belfiglio Mattia & C. offers web hosting services and is actively committed to safeguarding personal data. Important note: Xlogic does not process or access the data that the Customer independently enters into their web space (text, databases, images). For such data, the Customer acts as the Data Controller and Xlogic as the Technical Manager.
1. Data Controller and Data Processor
Data Controller: Xlogic SAS di Belfiglio Mattia & C. – Via R. Meinardi 8/c, 10093 Collegno (TO).
Appointment of Data Processor: By activating the service, the Customer (Data Controller of its website) appoints Xlogic SAS as Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR for Hosting, Data Storage, and Mail Server activities.
2. Types of Data Collected
Xlogic collects, independently or through third parties: first name, last name, email address, tax information, IP address, browser type, usage data, and cookies.
Mandatory: Providing the data required for billing and service provision is mandatory. Refusal will make it impossible to provide the Service.
Third-party data: The User assumes responsibility for third-party data published or shared through Xlogic services and guarantees that he or she has the right to disclose such data.
3. Processing Methods and Security
Processing is carried out using IT tools and logic related to the purposes of the service. Xlogic does not sell or trade personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Applied Security Measures:
24-hour monitored servers and RAID systems (disk duplication).
Daily data backup.
SSL encryption for web interfaces and email.
Notification of any data breaches (unauthorized access) within 72 hours.
4. Legal Basis and Place of Processing
The processing is based on:
Performance of a contract (provision of hosting services).
Compliance with legal obligations (taxation, anti-terrorism regulations).
Legitimate interest (system security and spam protection).
Location: The data is processed at the Data Controller’s headquarters and at data centers located in Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands (European Union). Some technical data for domain registration (gTLD) or SSL certificates may be transferred outside the EU due to the nature of the service.
5. Retention Period
Contractual Data: retained for the entire duration of the relationship and for the following 10 years (tax obligations).
Browsing Data/Logs: retained for the technical time necessary for security analysis.
6. Integrated Third-Party Services
Xlogic uses the following services that may process data:
Payment Processing: PayPal (PayPal Inc.) – Payment data is not processed by Xlogic.
Live Chat Support: Tawk.to (tawk.to ltd.).
Security and Performance: Cloudflare, Let’s Encrypt.
Social & Statistics: LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), X (Twitter), Google Analytics (with anonymized IP).
7. User Rights
At any time, the interested party may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:
Access, rectification, and erasure (Right to be forgotten).
Restriction or objection to processing.
Data portability.
Withdrawal of consent and complaint to the Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).

8. Definitions and Legal References
Personal Data: Any information relating to a natural person’s identifiability.
User: The individual who uses xlogic.org (coincides with the data subject).
Application: The xlogic.org website and related services.
Legal references: This information has been prepared in accordance with articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
