Our new Backup Storage spaces offer a secure and convenient way to store your data on our servers. With our Backup Storage, you can access your files anytime, anywhere with an internet connection. It’s also easy to connect your PC and access your Backup Storage with your smartphone and/or tablet. Our various Backup Storage plans allow you to choose the storage option that best suits your specific needs.
You can access your backup storage using FTP. Use the assigned hostname or IP address, username, and password. Note that an FTP connection is not encrypted; only FTPS is encrypted. Software: Filezilla.
JetBackup is a backup solution for cPanel. JetBackup allows you to back up your cPanel account quickly and efficiently through cPanel Remote or local and remote incremental backups. Settings such as backup and restore automation using a cron job are included and contained in an intuitive GUI. Jet Backup can be used on our backup storage and costs only €8 per month. The software will be installed and configured by our technicians on your VPS or Dedicated Server.
An upgrade or downgrade to another Backup Storage is possible at any time without data loss. The login details remain the same. A downgrade is only possible if less space is used than is available after the downgrade.
Files on Backup Storage are protected by a RAID configuration that can withstand multiple drive failures. Please note, however, that you are responsible for your data and Xlogic does not guarantee against potential data loss.
