Xlogic will only take care of installing the Operating System and restarting the server on request, the complete management of the server will be delegated to the customer with technical skills and with total autonomy in the administration of their own system

By purchasing the Managed option (with cPanel), the server will be managed by us. Managed Server includes the installation and configuration of the operating system, server security management, operating system updates, and intervention in the event of a downtime.

With the unManaged option, the server will be completely managed by the customer; we will only install the operating system. With the Managed option (cPanel only), the server will be managed by us. A Managed Server includes operating system installation and configuration, server security management, control panel installation, operating system updates, and server downtime assistance.
JetBackup is a backup solution for cPanel. JetBackup allows you to quickly and efficiently back up your cPanel account through cPanel Remote or local and remote incremental backups. Settings such as automating backups and restores using a cron job are included and packaged in an intuitive GUI. Jet Backup can be used on our backup storage and costs only €8 per month. The software will be installed and configured by our technicians on your VPS or Dedicated Server.
