Change of Account Holder

    To change your billing information and make the invoice the name of another individual or legal entity, you must change the account holder. The cost is €5.00.

Change of Domain Ownership

To modify the data in the domain registry, it is necessary to change the domain owner, the cost is €20.00.

You need to open a support ticket from the account where the service is located.

To change the owner, you must attach the following to the ticket:

  • document of the current owner
  • document of the new owner
  • form duly completed and signed by both parties

You must provide the following information for the new account holder when opening a ticket:

Name – Surname – Company Name – Address – City and Province – Postal Code – Telephone Number – Tax Code / VAT Number – Email Address

Open a support ticket and provide the following:

  1. Documents for the current and new account holders
  2. Form completed and signed by both parties
  3. Please include the new account holder’s information in the ticket
  4. Let us know if you want to replace the existing account information or move the service to a new account (for account holder changes).

We will issue the proforma invoice which will have to be paid and once we have received the payment, we will proceed with the change of account holder and/or domain.

Pay the proforma invoice anyway and you will then receive the electronic invoice in the name of the new account holder within the timeframe established by law.
